I also wanted to add for people that are considering taking medication for depression to first try the above but to also research natural remedies such as St. John's wort as it works for my husband. He once was on Welbutrin depression drug and now is just taking St. Johns wort. Do not take depression drugs and St. Johns wort they do not mix and fully research on your own to find if it is right for you.
